Today, we are proud to announce that our eight optometry practices have been acquired by MyEyeDr., one of the nation’s leading optometry organizations. The locations now under MyEyeDr. ownership are:

For the patients of these practices, this is welcome news. MyEyeDr. shares our commitment to outstanding, patient-first care, and their scale, resources, and clinical support will help these offices continue to grow and serve their communities for years to come. Patients can expect the same trusted doctors and staff, now backed by an even stronger organization.
We’re deeply grateful to every patient who trusted us with their vision, and to the doctors and team members who made these practices what they are. Handing them to an owner who will care for them as we have is the outcome we hoped for.
DryEye Rescue is not part of this acquisition, and it’s just getting started.
We want to be clear about one important point: Dry Eye Rescue and the Dry Eye Rescue Clinic in Boca Raton were not part of this acquisition. Both remain fully owned and operated by our team.
Dry Eye Rescue, LLC continues as an independent company, delivering the products, education, and specialized care that have made it a trusted name for people living with dry eye. Our Dry Eye Rescue Clinic in Boca Raton remains open and continues to welcome patients seeking advanced, dedicated dry eye treatment.
